Project Goals
This project focused on refining the landscape along the home’s exterior to create a clean, cohesive appearance with long-term performance in mind.
The goal was to establish well-defined landscape beds, improve transitions between the foundation and lawn, and support proper water movement away from the home without overcomplicating the design.
The project began by removing existing materials along the foundation and around the basement windows to reset the space.
Landscape beds were reshaped to create consistent lines and proportions. Rock was installed along the foundation and within the window wells to provide a durable, low-maintenance finish while supporting surface-level drainage.
Final grading adjustments created smooth transitions between the lawn, beds, and hardscape for a clean, intentional layout.

Results
The completed landscape presents a clean, structured exterior with clearly defined beds and strong visual balance.
Rock along the foundation and within the window wells creates a consistent, finished edge that ties the design together while reducing upkeep. The reshaped beds and improved grading provide smoother transitions between the lawn, hardscape, and home, giving the exterior a more intentional layout.
In addition to the visual upgrade, the updated materials and layout help guide water away from the foundation, supporting long-term performance without distracting from the overall design. The result is a landscape that feels polished, durable, and built to last.
