Project Goals
The goal of this project was to establish a complete landscape foundation around the home that balanced functionality, structure, and long-term performance.
The focus was on creating usable outdoor space, defining transitions around the home, and installing systems that support healthy growth from the start.
Our Design & Installation Process
Strong landscape outcomes are the result of thoughtful planning and consistent execution throughout every phase of the project. This installation was approached as a full landscape build, with each phase planned to support the next.
Lawn preparation, patio construction, tree planting, sod installation, and irrigation were carefully coordinated to ensure proper grading, drainage, and integration throughout the site. Sequencing and material selection were managed to create a cohesive, low-maintenance layout designed to perform well over time.
The completed landscape provides a clean, structured outdoor environment with clearly defined spaces and improved usability.
The patio establishes a functional outdoor living area, while new sod and irrigation support consistent coverage and long-term lawn health.
Tree plantings and landscape beds add visual balance around the home, helping the property feel established and complete.
